Disclaimer
Charity Bingo is not associated with NPR, PBS, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or any other charity organization, and it does not operate as an official representative or affiliate of any such group. The game is operated independently by Okachobi, LLC, a private entity that does not hold 501(c) nonprofit status and therefore is not tax-exempt under the Internal Revenue Code.
While Okachobi, LLC is a for-profit company, a portion of the proceeds generated from advertising on the Charity Bingo platform is directed to support charitable organizations, in proportion to the Bingo Points players donate to them. These donations are made in an effort to contribute positively to communities and causes in need. Charity Bingo's commitment to giving back is reflected in its transparent approach to sharing information about the charities and causes it helps fund on the Charities page.
Bingo Points have no cash value, cannot be purchased, sold, exchanged or withdrawn, and do not constitute a charitable contribution by the player for tax purposes. Players and users can feel confident knowing that their participation indirectly aids worthwhile initiatives, even though Charity Bingo is not a charity itself.
