  1. Who can play. You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding agreement to use Charity Bingo. One account per person.
  2. Free to play. Charity Bingo is free. There is nothing to buy, no wagering and no cash prizes.
  3. Bingo Points. Points are awarded by the game to winners. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred outside the platform or redeemed, and may be adjusted or reset by Okachobi, LLC at any time, including at each month end when remaining points are donated to your chosen charity. Points do not constitute a charitable contribution by you.
  4. Donations. Okachobi, LLC decides, in its sole discretion, the amount of advertising revenue it donates to charities and may add or remove charities from the platform. Charity Bingo is not affiliated with any listed charity (see the Disclaimer).
  5. Your account. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Don't use bots, scripts or multiple accounts, harass other players, or post unlawful or offensive content in chat. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
  6. Public credit. If you leave "credit my donations publicly" enabled, your player name and donated point totals may be shown on the site. You can switch this off on your account page at any time.
  7. Availability. The service is provided "as is" during beta. We may change or discontinue it, and we are not liable for outages, lost points or lost data.
  8. Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
